- Can you explain how a typical day at work looks like for you?
- Can you explain what a runway incursion is?
PART 3
Description of aerodrome related pictures
+- 5 minutes
A personal conversation in which a selection of, but not limited to, the following questions (based on the pictures) will occur:
- Can you tell us something about this picture(s)?
- Why is the situation on the picture(s) dangerous?
- What would you do in the situation on the picture(s)?
PART 4
Listening comprehension with recall based on an aerodrome event
+- 5 minutes
A personal conversation in which a selection of, but not limited to, the following questions (based on the aerodrome event) will occur:
- Can you explain what happened during this aerodrome event?
- Have you ever encountered such an aerodrome event?
- What would you do during such an aerodrome event?
PART 5
Simulated ATC – vehicle driver scenario
+- 5 minutes
A personal conversation/role play in which a selection of, but not limited to, of the following situations will be simulated:
- Report an observation of an abnormal situation near a runway
- Report an entry/vacation of the runway after an inspection
- Report a runway incursion
PART 6
Final grading
The language assessor will establish a final grading after the assessment. The final result will be based upon these holistic descriptors:
- Structure
- Vocabulary
- Fluency
- Comprehension
- Interaction
